glenn i am: Hi and welcome to my blog. This blog is dedicated to following my progress from problem drinker with an overloaded, stress-filled, unhealthy lifestyle and a business that requires some serious attention to a fully in control, healthy, happy father, partner and business owner. If you are interested in observing how I decided to tackle my problems in a somewhat unorthodox manner, including juice and water fasting, predominantly raw food diet, a high intensity exercise regime and the re-energising of my business, please stay and have a wander through my posts. I encourage you to share this blog if you wish, to comment if you feel so moved and to subscribe if you are wanting to accompany me through this process of life renewal. Hope to see you here again, Cheers, Glenn i am
